This week, our team had the chance to visit a facility that specializes in container home buildouts—and it was eye-opening. With modular construction gaining traction, especially in the push for faster, more sustainable housing, we wanted to see what’s really possible.

We toured the floor, checked out units in various stages of the build, and dug into the details—materials, insulation, structural design, and all the smart ways they’re optimizing space without sacrificing quality.
