B3 Companies Awarded a Special Use Permit

After 6 months of due diligence, B3 Companies is proud to share that we have been officially awarded a Special Use Permit (SUP) for an infuser and processor facility at our newest acquisition—a 50,000 square-foot life sciences building in Northbrook, IL.

At the time of the PSA, the building was only 40% occupied. Thanks to the awarded SUP, the building will be 100% leased by the time of closing—a major win for the project and our team.
