Acquisition of Our First Industrial Property

B3 Companies is proud to announce the acquisition of our first industrial property located at 310 Era Drive in Northbrook, IL. This Class A asset is strategically positioned in a premier north suburban neighborhood with excellent access to major highway thoroughfares.

When we placed the property under contract, it was only 40% occupied. We’re proud to share that by the time of closing, we’ve successfully brought the building to 100% occupancy. B3 Companies will also be handling tenant improvements for our new occupants as we continue adding value to this investment.
